 Today, 23 years ago, Women Boxing Archive Network (WBAN) went live on the net.  Would I have thought at the time that it would explode into being the top coverage and source worldwide, absolutely not.  I barely knew how to put up a website at the time.
I was working as a full-time police detective, but being haunted that the history of women's boxing did not exist on the net, and what little existed was grossly inaccurate.

AIBA releases Progress Report on governance

(FEB 4, 2018)  Today, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Executive Board decided to maintain the financial suspension of AIBA and demanded a new report on AIBA governance by April 30th. This decision was made despite AIBA’s fulfillment  of the IOC’s request to submit a Progress Report outlining all steps AIBA was asked to take and continues to take to improve its governance.
