There was three female boxing bouts on the card. In a mainliner, there
was a ten-round WBO Atomweight world championship fight between Nao Ikeyama,
101, of Kyoto, (Champion) and Mika Iwakawa, 102 (challenger), of Osaka.
Iwakawa won by a close split decision. Final judges scores were 96-94,
94-96, and 94-96. Iwakawa is now 8-5-1 (3KO), and Ikeyama is 18-4-3 (5KO);
After this title bout, Nao Ikeyama announced her retirement from boxing;
In an eight round bout, Flyweight Tamao Ozawa, 112, of Nagano, Japan,
won by an unanimous decision over Phannaluk Kongsang, 110¾, from
Thailand. Final judges scores were 80-72 on all three cards; Lastly, in a
four round bout, Atomweight Yuki Kira, of Osaka, had a majority draw
