Sue TL Fox Named "Top Ten" Most -Significant Female Boxers of All Time - Ring Magazine - Feb. 2012 Issue
February 3, 2012
WBAN Press Release

(FEB 3) In the "Ring Magazine" 90 Year Anniversary Commemorative February 2012 Issue, there were 10 female boxers past and present named as the Most-Significant Female Boxers of All Time.

WBAN was very honored to find out that Sue TL Fox was one of the top ten picks that included such greats as Lucia Rijker, Christy Martin, Laila Ali, Ann Wolfe, Layla McCarter, Marian Trimiar, Graciela Casillas, Regina Halmich, and Kelsey Jeffries and are listed in the Ring Magazine article.

Journalist David Avila wrote, "Fox was a southpaw whose record was anything but gaudy but she has become one of the most important journalists for women's boxing.  Her contributions as both a pioneer prizefighter and historian cannot be measured or equaled.  She remains an important figure in female professional boxing."
