(DEC 26) On Wednesday, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, flyweight Ayelen Micaela Alejandra Granadino, 111.5, won a ten-round unanimous decision over Debora Vanesa Gomez, 111.5. The two were fighting for the vacant South American Title. In a second female bout super flyweight Debora Anahi Lopez, 114.5, won a six-rounder over Natalia Josefina Alderete, 114 3/4, by a unanimous decision.

Final judges scores were 38-38, 38-38, and 39-37.

  Costa Rica:  Valle Wins by a Decision over Corzo for IBF Title

(DEC 19) Last night at the Cuidad Deportiva Heiner Ugalde, Hatillo, San Jose, Costa Rica, Yokaste Valle, 104 1/2, of San Jose, Costa Rica,  won a ten-round unanimous decision over Elizabeth Lopez Corzo, 105, of Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico. The two fought for the IBF Strawweight title.  Valle moved her record to 23-2-0 (9KO).  Corzo is now 10-4-4 (1KO).

  Two Female bouts in Texas
December 19, 2021

(Dec 19) Last night at the AT&T Center, in San Antonio, Texas flyweight Marlen Esparza, 111 1/2, won a ten-round unanimous decision over Anabel Ortiz, 111 1/4.  The two were fighting for the WBC Flyweight title.  In a second female bout, strawweight Seneisa Estrada, 104 1/2, won by a fourth round KO over Maria Micheo Santizo, 103 3/4. The bout was scheduled for ten rounds.  Estrada won the WBA Strawweight world title.

(DEC 18) Last Saturday night, December 11th,  I had the opportunity to attend the live boxing event entitled "Underground Showdown #5, hosted at the Buckhead Fight Club, in Brookhaven, Georgia.  The card featured nine men's boxing bouts.  The event was broadcasted live on WBC Network.   Full Story

Taylor was defending her multiple world titles. WBAN has heard now over and over a Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano fight---They said now 2022--well it's time! No more excuses, No more other opponents.  Next fight should be hopefully Serrano vs. Taylor.

On Saturday night at the Bankstown City Paceway, in Condell Park, New South Wales, Australia there will be two female bouts featured on the card. In one female bout, super featherweight Tywarna Campbell, will be fighting Jessica Adams in an eight-round bout.  In a second female bout, featherweights Sarah Watt will be fighting Skye Falzon, both pro-debuting.

(DEC 8) LOS ANGELES, CA Yesterday, in Los Angeles, light heavyweight Mexican superstar, Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez (42-0, 28 KOs) hosted a media workout today ahead of his WBA Light Heavyweight eliminator against the dangerous Yunieski "The Monster" Gonzalez (21-3, 17 KOs) on Saturday, December 18.
