Maureen Shea and Yulihan Avila fight to a Split Draw!

(AUG 30) Last night at the Forum, Inglewood, California, Maureen Shea, 120, of Bronx, New York, and Yulihan Alejandra Luna Avila, 121¾, of Durango, Mexico, fought to a 10-round split draw.  The two were fighting for the IBF Super Bantamweight world title.  Final judges scores were 93-97, 95-95, and 98-92.  The fight was featured on the  Mosley vs. Mayorga main event.

(AUG 30) Last night at the Montemorelos, Nuevo León, Mexico, Isabel "La Estrella" Millan, 111¼, of Tonala, Mexico, won a 10-round unanimous decision over Cecilia "La Artillera" Ramirez, 111¼., of Mexico. The two were fighting for the vacant Flyweight WBF International title. Judges scores were 97-93, 96-94, and 99-91.
