(AUG 6)  "We are excited to announce that 'Shotgun' Shannon O'Connell is now part of the Hosking Boxing stable!

Even more exciting is the news that Shannon has officially signed to fight Canadian Sandy Tsagouris in Toronto, Canada on Friday, September 11, in a non-title eight round bout at the Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto, Canada.

The fight will be part of the big Premier Boxing Champions card featuring the Adonis Stevenson vs. Tommy Karpency WBC Light Heavyweight title card which will be televised live on network TV.

Tsagouris is an extremely tough opponent but Shannon is excited to take on the world's best and is looking forward to the challenge.

Shannon will also be in New York City from September 3-9 for a publicity tour that will hopefully see her matched up with the world's best female boxers over the coming months. More to come!
