(AUG 31) On October 24, 2015, at the Keene High School, 43 Arch Street, Keene, NH, will be a sanctioned USA Boxing amateur event,   “Contenders Boxing Night”.  The following fights thus far that are scheduled on this upcoming event:

120 lbs:  Abigail O’Brien of of Charlestown, NH vs. Destiny Dogan of Springfield, Mass.

132 lbs: Two-time National Champion Liz Leddy of Portland, Maine vs. Shelly Walsh of Boston, Mass.

In the Main Event, they will  feature the new 106 lb.  National Champion Jennifer Amato, of Keene, NH. who will be fighting in front of her hometown for the first time. Her opponent will be announced shortly.

World super bantamweight champion Shelly Vincent will also be in attendance that night, and there will be other bouts with boxers from all over New England, including more women’s bouts still to be announced.
