Natasha Jonas Continues to Make Her

(APR 30) This month, in what was a tough test with one of her
most challenging opponent, on April 21, Liverpool's 2012
Olympian Natasha Jonas, 129½, now 6-0-0 (5KO), won by a seventh
round TKO [1:44], in her first scheduled ten round bout over Taoussy
L'Hadji, 128¼, now 5-7-1 (0KO), of Oise, France. The closely fought
battle between these two were very close on the scorecards, until
Jonas stopped her after she threw a barrage of combinations, which
ultimately led to the referee stopping the fight. Jonas collected
her first title when she won the vacant WBA International Super
Featherweight title.

Wins by Decision and Successfully Defends her WBC World title Belt!

On Saturday night at Miguel Hidalgo Gymnasium in Puebla, Mexico,
bantamweight Mariana Juarez, 117¾, of Mexico City, Mexico, won a
ten-round unanimous decision over Carolina Arias, 118, from Escazu,
Costa Rica. The two were fighting for the WBC Bantamweight title.
Juarez retained her WBC world title belt for the fourth time
defending her title. The boxing event was promoted by Promociones
del Pueblo with the support of Cavall Sport and Playboy México,
televised on Televisa Deportes.

Canada, in front of a sold-out crowd, Jelena Mrdjenovich, 126, had
her 50th professional bout, winning by a unanimous decision against
Stephanie Ducastel, 125.5, of France. Mrdjenovich retained her WBC
featherweight world title. This was a rematch for the two,
when they first time fought on July 1, 2017, the two fought to a

Commonwealth Games gold medals, while India's MC Mery Kom captured
