(SEPT 6) According to Boxrec, on
September 3, 2011, at the Hotel Sheraton, in Colon City, Panama,
junior flyweight Abigail Villar won an eight-round unanimous
decision over Yaditza Perez, winning the WBC Latino junior
flyweight title. Perez is now 2-7-0, and is not rated with
BoxRec. Villar moves her record to 5-5-3 (1KO). This was also a
rematch with these two, whereas Villar defeated Perez the first
time in a four-rounder on June 3, 2011.
