Today in Golds Gym in Las Vegas:  Anderson and LaPoint!

(SEPT 27)  Today Mandy La Pointe and TaTina "Lil Tyson" Anderson where sparring, getting ready for their respective fights on October 21 at the Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on a Crown Boxing card. TaTina will be fighting Victoria Cisneros. LaPointe is fighting Amanda Crespin.

TaTina and  Mandy were at Golds gym in Las Vegas, Nevada,  training and getting ready for their bouts.

It is great to have two women's bouts on one card and in Las Vegas. Women's boxing needs to be re-introduced in Las Vegas. Vegas used to have boxing promoters, Bam, Guilty, The late Tony Trudnich ( Mr T) and Jimmy Montoya, Montoya used to have all women's bouts at Arizona Charlies Hotel & Casino.

These promoters disappeared so the women boxers are fighting more in Mexico and overseas, Argentina, Germany, Denmark and even in Sweden but for the women just starting out it is a lot more difficult. The Women just want a chance to show their talents to the major promoters, it seems they keep slamming the doors on these amazing athletes but will pay millions of dollars to male fighters on Pay Per View that fail to satisfy the fans!

The major promoters very rarely use women boxers and for reasons unknown. If matched up properly the women boxers add so much to a card, their bouts have been known to save an failing card. Women bring excitement and pure boxing to the ring, they fight for the pure love of boxing. There are no 45 million dollar paydays for them, they struggled with their everyday life's holding a job, going to college & taking care of a family. All they want is to be recognized and have a chance to fight on a major card.
