(MAY 30) 2009 was a roller coaster for me in regards to boxing. I
had several fights scheduled and almost all of them were pulled. But
that seems to be a common story in boxing it seems and difficult as
it is, it feels like I'm finally starting to get used to it. I
realize everyone in this game is looking out for number one. Big,
solid records are good for promotion, I get it, but this sport is
having the life sucked right out of it and sitting around waiting
for the “perfect fight” almost (almost) makes me wish I was still in
amateur boxing sometimes, where every fight, win or lose, is good
for you. Full Story
