(MAY 11)  On June 15-19, 2010, in Hollywood, Florida, the USA Boxing Ranking Point Tournament will be held. To all Athlete (Boxers) , check your weight before confirming your weight category the day of registration (June15th). Athlete (Boxer) will weight-in at that day of registration date and cannot be over 2 pounds of the weight Category they registered in or will be asked to move up. Once the draw and brackets have taken place; Athlete (Boxer) must make weigh-in in their divisions if schedule to box that day, If Athlete (Boxer) does not make weight she will be disqualified from the tournament and will not be able to switch to another weight division.

Special guest are starting to confirm for this event:...Mary Ann Owens Book Author of “Extraordinary Women Of The Ring”, book signing. Barbara Buttrick 1950-1969 Woman Professional Boxer. Now the WIBF President Christy Halbert USA Women’s Task Force, Coach for the women’s boxing team, and author of “The Ultimate Boxer”. Others Great Professional Men & Women boxers will be at attendance

This is a 4-day event, process of elimination for all divisions and weight categories.

Divisions are for this year; Elite Boxers, Novice Boxers, Masters Boxers, Seniors Boxers age 15-16, and Juniors Boxers age 13-14. Elite Boxers will receive USA Boxing Ranking points for this tournament.

The 2 top boxers with the highest USA Boxing Ranking will be seated.
