(JUNE 27) On Tuesday night, June 25th,  at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan, in a female bout on the card, Mizuki Chimoto won by a six-round TD over Chie Higano, the Japan Minimumweight champion.  The fight ended in a TD due to an accidental headbutt.  Scorecards in favor of Chimoto were 56-59, 57-57, and 56-59.  Full story with photos

(JUNE 21) On October 11, 2019, at Grandma's Sports Garden in Duluth, MN, Amy Lemenager will be making her pro debut, after having a successful amateur boxing career.   Before getting into boxing, Amy first began playing hockey when she was only nine years old.  In a 2016 interview on Fox 21, she said, "“As soon as I stepped on the ice I fell in love with it. (JUNE 3) The 2019 EUBC Junior Championships ended in Galati, Romania on Saturday so here we take a look at where the titles and the Gold, Silver & Bronze medals went.
