Delfine Persoon Successfully Defends her WBC Title with Ninth Round TKO over Nicole Boss

 (APR 26) Last night in Sternensaal, Berne, Switzerland,  Delfine Persoon, 133, of Belgium successfully defended her WBC Lightweight title, against Nicole Boss, 133, of Switzerland, by a ninth round TKO.  This was a rematch for the two, when in the first fight that took place in 2011, Nicole had lost by a 10-round unanimous decision.

(APR 21) This weekend the 2015 England Boxing Elite National Championships take place at the Echo Arena in Liverpool (24/26 April) - male and female finals will take place on the same day - the first time that this has occurred in the 128 years old history of the tournament.
