As we said previously, due to 2023 being a huge Anniversary year and milestone for not only the IWBHF's 10-year Anniversary, but also WBAN's 25-year Anniversary of our associated partnership Women Boxing Archive Network (WBAN)----we have made this a unique year by inviting our  2024 IWBHF Inductees to also be included in this very special celebration at our Hall of Fame event.

All 2023 Inductees:  Jennifer Alcorn;  Kaliesha West; Kim Messer; Leah Mellinger; Melissa McMorrow; Laura Ramsey; Sonya Lamonakis; Yvonne Trevino; Melissa Del-Valle; Jill Diamond Chastain Bruce Silverglade.  All 2024 Inductees: Daniella Smith; Sindy Amador; Maria Jesus Rosa; Rhonda Luna; Stacy Prestage; Judy Kulis; Lou Dibella; Jenny Reid; Esther Schouten; Suzy Taylor; and Agnieszka Rylik.  Special Award Recipients 2023-2024:  Marty Wynn, Stuart Breslow; Sumya Anani; Regina Halmich; Jamie Johnson; Michael O'Neil; Layla McCarter; and Chevelle Hallback.

Our key speaker is none other than one of the most noted female boxers in the sport, Christy Martin Salters.  Christy is absolutely amazing and not only has she been such a ground breaker in the sport, she is a multi-hall of fame, not only with the IWBHF, but the International Boxing Hall of Fame, and the list goes on.  She has been featured on several shows, books, promoter, created Christy's Champ's a non-profit for domestic violence, and we could not possibly list all she has done and continues to do.

Malissa Smith (Author of the History of Women's Boxing, the IWBHF 2023-2024 Speaker to announce our Inductees that she has done yearly).  Malissa Smith is the author of A History Of Women’s Boxing, the first comprehensive narrative of the sport The Ring magazine dubbed "The Bible of Women's Boxing." Smith speaks and writes frequently about the sport and with her two co-hosts, developed the popular WAAR Room podcast focused on sports justice. Smith maintains positions in boxing as a founding board member of the IWBHF, an elector for the IBHOF, and as a member of the Ring’s women’s ratings panel. Maintaining her own wellness, she trains at the world-renowned Gleason’s Gym and writes pieces for her blog, Girlboxing.

Jake Gutierrez is our Masters of Ceremonies for our event this year.  Jake has been our MC since 2015, and he has a impressive resume of being a professional ring announcer, appearing on HBO, Showtime, ESPN, BBC, TSN, Telemundo, Univision, and various Pay-Per-View and Satellite networks.

We have Coyote Duran of Chicago, Illinois, “Coyote Duran’s Creation Nation” who is part of our IWBHF event who will be utilizing his talents as an artist to present some beautiful rendition's) of our 2023-2024 event.
