5'0" Light Flyweight retired world champion Sindy "Scorpion" Amador fought from 2010 to 2014.  Some of the highlights of Amador's on WBAN are the following.

In her pro debut,
Amador, 109, made her pro debut. Jer ring name was "Scorpion" (in Spanish) Alacrana, but she fought more like a Tazmanian Devil!  In the first round, her opponent, Blanca Raymundo, 107.5, of Highland, CA., a taller fighter than Amador didn't know what she was in for. From the beginning of the bell in the first round, Amador threw countless combinations, going after Raymundo, who was more in "defensive mode" than offensive. Amador appeared to be extremely hungry for a first round KO.  In rounds 2, 3, and 4, Raymundo raised the heat, and both of them went toe-to-toe for the remainder of the fight. Amador won the bout by a unanimous decision with all three judges scores of 40-36. [Photos and details of the card]

On April 15, 2011, in Temecula, California, Amador, fighting as a flyweight won a four-round unanimous decision over Katarina De La Cruz.

On June 24, 2011, Sindy Amador, as a local Southern California favorite took on Christina Fuentes of Laredo, Texas in a four-round barnburner that had the crowd up out of their seats clapping and cheering. Although Amador took home the win by a unanimous decision….Fuentes had Amador in the fight of her life. It was like and action packed movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Even the judge I stood next to commented to himself…there’s no slowing those two down! [fight report

On February 24, 2012, at the Doubletree Hotel, Ontario, California, on the undercard, Cindy Amador, 107, remained undefeated and is now 7-0-0, when she won a four-round unanimous decision over Gloria Salas, 108, now 3-7-1 (3KO).

On May 11, 2012, at the Doubletree Hotel, in Ontario, California, Amador, 106, now 8-0-0 (1KO), of riverside, California, won a six-round unanimous decision over Amaris Quintana, 108, now, at 6-1-2 (1KO). Final judges scores were the following: 59-55, 59-55, 58-56.

On August 24, 2012 in Corona, California, Amador remained undefeated when she won a six-round unanimous decision over Carina Moreno, an IWBHF Inductees that was inducted in 2019.  Final judges scores 54-60, 54-59, 55-59.

In the yearly awards for 2012 Sindy Amador received a WBAN yearly award, we wrote the following: "Sindy Amador, 9-0-0 (1KO), of Riverside, California has been a pro boxer since October of 2010, having her pro debut.  Since then, she fought five times in 2011, and three times in 2012.  She has continued to improve to the point that she took on a very tough opponent Carina Moreno, 22-3-0, in her last fight where she won that fight by a six-round unanimous decision."

On October 25, 2013, Englebrecht Promotions and David Arroyos Entertainment presented a lineup made up of professional boxers, nearly all of whom are from the Southland, including the co-main event featuring a rematch for the IFBA Junior Flyweight World Championship between two ferocious female fighters, Sindy Amador of Riverside, Calif. and Amaris Quintana of San Diego, Calif.

The IFBA said the following:  "The IFBA is back again with more championship boxing in the Golden State.  The world leader in international female fighting, IFBA is putting on another title fight in California. On Friday, Oct. 25, Sindy Amador battles Amaris Quintana for the vacant IFBA Jr. Flyweight World Title from the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, CA. This is the first 10-round title fight for both women.  This fight isn’t just about the belt, but also about revenge. Quintana’s (6-1-2, 1 KO) only professional loss came against Amador 10-1, 1KO) last year and she wants that taste out of her mouth. Amador is seeking to avenge her only professional loss – a July defeat at the hands of former IFBA world champion Jolene Blackshear. Each is coming into the ring with something big to prove. Winner walks out a champion, loser risks being an afterthought.  The pair of Southern California boxers – Amador hails from Riverside, Quintana from La Mesa - match up well. Their first fight went the distance. Will the rematch? Industry veteran Roy Englebrecht is promoting the fight. This is the second IFBA title fight Roy Englebrecht Promotions has handled this year."

On that date, at the  Pechanga Resort & Casino,Temecula, California,  Amador, 107, if Riverside, California, and now 10-1-0 (1KO), won a 10-round unanimous decision over Amaris Quintana, of La Mesa, California, now 6-2-2 (1KO), 107.8 for the IFBA Jr. Flyweight title. [htfull fight report]

On July 26, 2013, at the Doubletree Hotel, Ontario, California, Jolene Blackshear, 106, now 8-3-0 (3KO), won an eight-round split decision over Sindy Amador, 107, 10-1-0 (1KO), in an eight round bout for the WIBA Flyweight title. This was Amador's first loss as a pro to this tough veteran boxer Blackshear.  Final judges scores were 74-76, 76-74, and 76-74.

On May 16, 2014, at the Doubletree Hotel, Ontario, California,
Amador, 108, successfully defended her IFBA light flyweight title against Maria Suarez, 107.5, by a 10-round split decision.

On August 14, 2014,  at the Omega Products International, Corona, California, Light flyweight Sindy Amador and Anahi Torres fought to split draw last night in corona, California in a 8 round non title bout. Scores were 78-74,76-76,78-74. Card was promoted by Thompson boxing.
