April Napthine, 106 1/2, of Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia,
won an eight-round unanimous decision over Jemma Peart, 107 1/4. The
two were fighting for a local title. In a second female bout
Chloe Grech, 107 1/4, won a six-round unanimous decision over
Jessica Leask, 104 1/2. Final judges scores were 58-56, 60-54,
and 59-55. They were fighting for a local title.

Yokasta Valle, 110 1/2, of San Jose, Costa Rica, won a
split 10-round decision over Marlene Esparza, 113 1/2, of Houston,
Texas. Final judges scores were 97-93, 97-93, and 94-96.
Valle is now 33-3-0 (10KO), and Marlen is 15-3-0 (1KO).
This was the first fight in 2025 for both Valle and Esparza.

96-94. Skye was defending her WBC Featherweight title, with

won a six-round unanimous decision over Nancy Franco, 116, of
Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Final judges scores were 54-60 on all
cards.

Swift Promotions’ prospect Nyousha “SuperFly” Nakhjiri (2-0) of
Vancouver, Canada via Iran, won her six-round junior flyweight
battle against a game Josefina Vega (9-12, 4 KOs) of New York City
via unanimous decision. The smooth-boxing Nakhjiri, a former
decorated amateur, got the best of most exchanges, but Vega never
stopped trying and had her moments in the fight. The two women kept
a strong pace throughout the well-fought contest and neither fighter
was ever seriously hurt. The scores were 58-56, 58-56, and 59-55.
