5’ 4” Minimumweight Yokasta Valle, born on August 28, 1992, was
born in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. Valle fights out of Costa Rica
when she moved there as a young child. In her early years
before getting in the world of boxing, she played volleyball.
She said that it was the influence of her father that led her
into boxing, where it was reported that her first fight took
place at the age of 13 years old. [WBAN will list some of her

On July 26, 2014, Valle, 108, made her pro debut, winning
by a four-round unanimous decision over Guadalupe Atilano, 105.
The judges' scores were 39-37, 40-38, and 40-37.
On October 10, 2014, Valle, 108, fought a pro debuter by
the name of Francisca Viquez, 107 3/4, in a scheduled four round
bout, winning by a TKO in the third round.
In 2015, she was extremely active having five (5) pro fights,
winning three out of the five by TKO and RTD, and the other two
winning by Unanimous decisions in all scheduled three six-round
bouts, and two four-round bouts.
Valle continued to
be active when she fought five times in 2016, winning all bouts
with two by RTD's, one ten-round split decision that was for the
vacant IBF Atom weight title, and two by unanimous
decisions.
On March 31, 2017, at the Parque Central, in San Jose, Costa
Rica,
Valle, 105, won a ten-round unanimous decision over Yaditza
Perez, 105. The final judges scores were 100-90, 100-92, and
99-91.
On December 1, 2017, in Korakuen Hall, Japan,
Naoko Fujioka from Japan, now 17-2-0 (7KO), won a ten-round
unanimous decision over Valle, former IBF 102 lb.
Champion. The two were fighting for the vacant WBO
Light Flyweight Title. Judges scores were 98-92, 96-94, and
99-91. This was a first-time loss for Valle, who came into the
bout with an undefeated 13-0-0 (6KO) record as a professional boxer.
On June 16, 2018, at
the Ballhaus Forum, Munich, Bayern, Germany
Tina Rupprecht, 103 1/2, won a ten-round unanimous decision over
Yokasta Valle, 104 3/4. The two were fighting for the vacant WBC
interim strawweight title. This was a second loss for Valle as a
pro. The final judges scores were 95-98, 94-97, and 97-97.
On February 8, 2020,
at the Cuidad Deportiva Heiner Ugalde, Hatillo, San Jose, Costa
Rica, Valle won by a six-round TKO over Carleans Rivas. The bout
was scheduled for ten rounds. They were fighting for the IBF
Minimum World title.
On January 30, 2021
at the Oxigeno Human Playground, Heredia, Valle, 104 3/4, won a
ten-round unanimous decision over Sana Hazuki, 104 3/4. The two
were fighting for the IBF World Minimum title. Final judges
scores were 100-90 on all cards.
On November 19,
2022, at the Dignity Health Sports Park , Carson, Valle, 106,
won a ten-round majority decision over Evelin Bermudez, 107 1/2,
winning the IBF and WBO Light Flyweight world titles. The
judges scores were 99-91, 97-93, and 95-95.
On March 25, 2023,
at the Club y Hotel Condovac La Costa, Guanacaste, Valle, 104
3/4, won by a ten-round unanimous decision over Jessica
Salazar, 104 1/2. The two were fighting for the IBF and
WBO Minimumweight world titles. Final scores 100-90,
100-90, and 98-92.
On September 16, 2023, at the Commerce Casino, Commerce,
California, Valle, 104¼, of Costa Rica, won a ten-round
unanimous decision over Maria Santizo, 105, of Eastvalle,
California. The two were fighting for the IBF and WBO Minimum
World title belts. Final judges scores were 99-91, 100-90, and
99-91.
On November 4, 2023,
in Cartago, Costa Rica, Valle (30-2, 9
KOs), successfully defended her IBF and WBO Minimumweight World Titles
against former, two-time World Champion of Mexico City, Anabel “Avispa”
Ortiz (33-6, 4 KOs) in a 10-round match that went the distance in front of
more than five-thousand fans.

at the Desert Diamond
Arena in Glendale, Arizona Seniesa "Super Bad" Estrada, of Los Angeles,
won the undisputed minimumweight title in a 10-round unanimous decision
against Costa Rica's Yokasta Valle, in the co-featured bout.
