(MARCH 30) Last night at the
Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, Seniesa "Super Bad"
Estrada, of Los Angeles, won the undisputed minimumweight title
in a 10-round unanimous decision against Costa Rica's Yokasta
Valle, in the co-featured bout.
Estrada brought the WBA/WBC Belts
into the ring, while Valle brought the IBF/WBO belts. The final
judges scores were 97-93. Estrada now has a record of 26-0 (9KO)
while Valle stands at 30-3 (9KO).
Estrada's victory not only
solidified her undefeated record but also established her as the
undisputed champion in the minimumweight division.
The clash between Estrada and
Valle was a display of skill and determination, with both
fighters showcasing their abilities in the ring. With this
impressive win, Estrada has firmly cemented her place among the
top female boxers in the world.

After the fight, in a post-fight interview Estrada said that she
felt better, and was happy. She said that it was something she
had been wanting to do for quit awhile to become undisputed.
Valle said after the fight that she felt the headbutt that she
received in the fight was intentional. Valle said, “I felt that
she (Estrada) did that coming towards me in the first round, and
I had to struggle through that for the last nine rounds.”
