August 29, 2020 - Studio 69, Rigo
Super featherweight Jekaterina Marcenko, 133, Of Latvia, won a four-round unanimous decision over Anna Lisa Brozzi, 129¾.  Final judges scores were 39-37, 40-36, 40-36. 

 

August 26, 2020 - Queensland Country Bank Stadium, Townsville, Queensland, Australia
Super bantamweight Shannon O'Connell, 121, of Queensland, Australia, won by a seventh round TKO over Kylie Fulmer, 122, who is originally from Australia, fighting out of Los Angeles.  The two were scheduled for an eight round bout.  The two were fighting for the Australian Super Bantamweight Title.  O'Connell is now  19-6-1 (10KO), and Fulmer is now 7-1-0 (6KO). 

August 22, 2020 -Matchroom Fight Camp - Brentwood, Essex, UK
The rematch between Lightweight champion Katie Taylor vs. Delfine Persoon took place without an audience due to the pandemic. Taylor won by a 10-round unanimous decision, where the fight took place at the Matchroom Fight Camp, in Brentwood.  The two were fighting for Taylor's Lightweight world title belts that included the WBC, WBA,  IBF, and WBO. Final judges scores were 96-94, 98-93, and 96-94. ..Full Story

August 22, 2020 - Dekalb County Coliseum, Fort Payne, Alabama, USA
Middleweight Sonya Dreiling, now 4-0-0 (2KO), of Fort Payne, Alabama, won a four-round unanimous decision over Latasha Burton, now 4-14-0 (0KO), from Houma, Louisiana.  The two were throwing a lot of heavy leather during this fight.  At one point Burton looked like she may become anothe.   Dreiling was much quicker on her feet, faster combinations, and  was the aggressor throughout most of the fight.   Burton appeared exhausted in the third round, and Dreilings through countless punches at Burton with Burton just covering up during the barrage of combinations.  Sonya said after the fight, "I wanted to give a huge shout out and thank you to one amazing coach and my corner man CJ Burton. He has been a pleasure to work with not only tonight but my last fight as well. Thank you and Thank you again to Buck Courson for working my corner tonight last minute, it meant the world having you there."  More Photos and details

August 22, 2020 - Pyramide, Kazan, Russia
Super bantamweight Tatyana Zrazhevskaya, 122, of Voronezh, Russia,  won by a fifth round TKO over Lidia Sakhonchik, 120 1/4, of Moscow, Russia. The bout was scheduled for eight rounds.  In the first round Lidia went down at 1:59.  Lidia is now 0-4-0, and Tatyana improved her record to 10-0-0 (3KO). Tatyana said after the fight, "Thanks to my team Avakian Igor and Куршин Ivan for the great fight preparation!  It's not enough to say thank you to another main member of our team friend and manager Anastasia Rylkova-- without this man, nothing would have happened at all, and in the near future I hope more will happen!"   In a second female bout, Fatima Dudieva, 116¾, of Beslan, Russia, won a six-round majority decision over Inna Statkevych, 117¼, of Kiev, Ukraine.  Dudieva record improved to 7-0-0 (3KO) and, Statkevych is now 1-2-0.  Final judges scores were 57-57, 56-58, and 57-58. August 20, 2020 - Kronk Gym, Detroit, Michigan, USA

Cruiserweight Danielle Perkins, 195¼, pro debut, won a four-rounder by decision over Monika Harrison, 202. 

August 15, 2020- Downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma
In the mainliner, in a ten-round unification world title bout, Jessica McCaskill defeated Cecilia Braekhus who was defending her WBO, WBC, IBO, WBA, IBF Welterweight world title bouts. The bout was live on DAZN. McCaskill improved her record to 9-2-0 (3KO), and Braekhus experiencing her first defeat in the sport, is now 36-1-0 (9KO).  Full WBAN Story with video Highlights of fight

 

August 15, 2020  - Southpaw Boxing and Fitness, Windham
Britain Hart, 127, of Bedford, Virginia, now 4-4-3 (3KO), won by a first round 2:00 minute, RTD over Kim Wabik, 127, of Revere, Massachusetts,  now 4-1-2 (0KO).  The bout was scheduled for six rounds.   This was a rematch for the two, in the first bout, the two fought to a four-round split draw.

August 14, 2020 - Matchroom Fight Camp, Brentwood, Essex, United Kingdom
Rachel Ball, 123 1/2, won by a eight round bout by points over Shannon Courtenay, 126 3/4.   Courtenay went down in the first round.  Final judges scores were 75-77.

August 14, 2020 - Salon Marbet Plus, Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl, México
Minimum Judith Vivanco, 105, of Mexico City, is now 7-3-1 (0KO), won a split decision over Maria Fernanda Hernandez Torres, 103 1/4, of Ecatepec, México, is now  4-3-0 (3KO).  Final judges scores was 58-56, 55-59, and 56-58.

August 14, 2020 - Matchroom Fight Camp, Brentwood, Essex, United Kingdom
Featherweight Rachel Ball, 123 1/2, of Aldridge, West Midlands, United Kingdom, now 6-1-0, won an eight-round bout by points over Shannon Courtenay, 126 3/4, of Watford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, now 5-1-0 (2KO).  Courtenay went down in the first round. 

August 10, 2020 - Yodogawa Ward Center, Osaka, Japan
Reika Kawaguchi, 100 3/4, won by a second TKO over Runa Nishihata, 101, pro debut.

August 7, 2020 - Matchroom Fight Camp, Brentwood, Essex, United Kingdom
In an exciting, all-action title bout,  Terri Harper, 129¼. now 10--0-1 (5KO), of Yorkshire, United Kingdom, had a 10-round split draw with Natasha Jonas, 129, of Liverpool, Merseyside, United Kingdom.   The final scores were 94-96, 95-95, and 96-95.   Harper was defending her WBC and IBO Super Featherweight titles. 

August 1, 2020 - Boxsporthalle Braamkamp, Winterhude, Hamburg, Germany
Lightweight Natalie Zimmermann, 135, pro debut, won a four-round split decision over Abigail Quashie,  132¾.  Final judges scores were  40-37, 40-37, and 37-39.   Natalie who was making her pro debut said, "All of this was exciting.
