of Altea, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain. The two were fighting for the EBU
European Lightweight title. The final judges scores were 100-90 on all
cards.

Daniela Bermudez, 124, of Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina won by a third
round TKO over Lucrecia Manzur, 124, of San Miguel, Tucuman, Argentina.
Unfortunately Manzur experienced an injury to her her left ear, and had a
significant swelling, where the injury opened up causing bleeding. The
two were scheduled for ten rounds, and vying for the vacant Argentinian
Super Featherweight title. Daniela said after the fight, that
she thanked her family, her promoter and others and that she said that she
didn't know that her opponent had an operation, and that she was a fighter
fighter. She hopes that her opponent will recover soon with a full
recovery. In a second female bout, Maria Ines Ferreyra won by a
six-round TKO over Maria Soledad Capriolo. The bout was scheduled for eight
rounds; and in a third female bout, Veronica Ruiz won by a four-round
unanimous decision over Sandra Villarreal.

Interim WBC Flyweight world title. According to news sources, Enriquez
defeated Zamora soundly in the ten round bout. Enriquez improved her
record to 26-1-0 (11KO), with only one defeat by our 2023 IWBHF Inductee
Melissa McMorrow when they fought in 2015. Zamora is now 33-8-0
(13KO).
