January 31, 2014, on the “Kings and Queens” live professional boxing card, at the Caliente Racetrack, in Tijuana, Mexico
There were three female bouts on the card. In the mainliner, 20-year old flyweight Kenia Enriquez, 111¼, of Tijuana, now 9-0 (5KO), remained undefeated when she won by a first round TKO [1:16] over the previously undefeated Selene Lopez, 111¼, 3-1-3 (1KO), of Los Mochis, Sinaloa. The fight was scheduled for six rounds. Enriquez was named WBAN’s top ten “Hot Prospects” of 2013. In other female boxing action, super flyweights Sandra “Perla Negra” Robles, 114½, 20 years old, of Tijuana’s 6-1-0 (3KO), stole the show with a spectacular second round TKO [1:30] over Mary Gastelum, who was undefeated at the time. Robles over-powered Gastelum, with quick and fast combinations that landed Gastelum to the canvas, and it was “Lights Out” by the southpaw.  In the third female bout on the card, between Brenda “La Bonita” Flores, 116¾, of Tijuana, vs. Mireya Ochoa, 116¾, of Los Mochis, Sinaloa. Flores defeated Ochoa in the four-round contest by a unanimous decision with 40-36 on all scorecards. Flores raised her record to 7-1-0 (2KO), and Ochoa fell to 1-3-0.

Angor Onesongchaigym  TKOed Dokmaipha Kiatpompetch in the seventh round of a scheduled minimumweight ten.

January 26, 2014 - Kandelaki Sports Hall, Tbilisi, Georgia
Elene Sikmashvili, 166, won a four-round unanimous decision over Gvantsa Tadiashvili, 162.

January 25, 2014 - Club Atlético Talleres, Villa Gobernador Galvez, Santa Fe, Argentina
Light middleweight Cristina Beatriz Cuevas won a four-round unanimous decision over Soledad Segui.

January 25, 2014 -  Boquete, Panama
In a light flyweight six, Yaditza Perez TKOed Luiciel Quiel in the fifth round.

January 25, 2014 - Tunica, Mississippi
On Saturday, at the first 2014 edition of Fights at the Fitz in Tunica, Mississippi, there was one female bout on the card. Middleweights Saretha Bonner and Beverly Darby fought in a six-round bout.  Darby made it a quick night by KO'ing Bonner in the :28 seconds of the first round.  In the opening seconds of the first round, Darby threw a barrage of combos, KO'ing her opponent who fell facedown on the Canvas.

January 25, 2014 - Buffalo Thunder, Santa Fe, New Mexico
Monica Lovato, 123¾, successfully made a return to the ring when she won her first fight back since 2008, against DJ Morrison, 130½.  Lovato won by a fourth round TKO in a scheduled four round bout

January 25, 2014 - Arena Solidaridad, in Nuevo León, Mexico
Arely Muciño, now
19-2-2 (10KO), of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, won a split decision over Tsunami Tenkai, now 19-9-0 (8KO), of Tokyo, Japan.. The bout was a 10 rounder at a catch-weight of 51kg.  Also on the card, Adrian Estrella vs. Yuta Matsuda for the WBC Fecabox super featherweight title.  Source/ Samart

January 23, 2014 - Chevrolet Event Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma featherweight Jeri Sitzes, 126,  of Springfield, Missouri, stepped back into the ring after a plus three years out of the ring and fought and won by a six-round decision over Anita Rodriguez, 132,  now 3-1-1.  Final judges scores were 59-55, 59-55, and 58-55.  Nice to see Sitzes back in the ring!

January 18, 2014 - Queens, New York
Keisher McLeod-Wells won the vacant WIBA flyweight title, Saturday night, outpointing a game, determined Monica Flores over ten rounds at the top of Ronson Frank's Uprising Promotion's six bout card before a sellout crowd at the Five Star Banquet Center in Long Island City, NY. Two of the undercard bouts featured New York female fighters; Eileen Olszewski, who is in the process of putting a successful cap on a professional ring career that has positioned her near the top of the flyweight division for most of her professional career and Jennifer Santiago, who exhibited the type of ring skills that may portend future, similar success for her in the bantamweight ranks....Full Story

Yazmin Rivas won the vacant super bantam title with a unanimous decision over Calixta Silgado.

January 18, 2014 -  Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines
Bantamweight Winie Cline Verano TKOed Kim Actub Gadapan in the second round of a scheduled six.

January 18, 2014 - Constitucion, Chile
Carolina Rodriquez retained the WIBA bantamweight title with a unanimous decision over Simone Da Silva Duarte.

January 18, 2014 - Buenos Aires, Argentina
An upset bout when Ana Laura Esteche won by an 10-round unanimous decision (98-91, 98-92, 98-92) to take the WBA light welterweight title from Monica Silva Acosta.  In two other female bouts--in a light welter six, Adela Celeste del Carmen Peralta 4(1)-0 won a unanimous decision over Marie Angelicia Ruiz 5-6-1, and in a bantam four, Yohanna Gimenez 2-0 won a majority decision over Tamera Nunez 1-2.

 January 17, 2014 - Villa Mercedes, Argentina
In a super feather six, Yohana Belen Alfonzo won a unanimous decision over Natalia Vanesa Lopez.

January 12, 2014 - Boxing Hall, in Razgrad, Bulgaria
There were four female bouts on the card, and seven men's boxing bouts featured on this card.  Full Story by Sue TL Fox  In a lightweight bout, Kremena Petkova, now 9-8-1, (1KO) won a four-round unanimous decision against Anna Savova, now 0-3-0.

January 11, 2014 - Club Social y Cultural El Cruce, Malvinas Argentinas, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Bantamweight Norma Elizabeth Diaz Caucota of Formosa, Argentina, won a four-round majority decision over Yessika Munoz, of Argentina.

January 11, 2014 -  Foro Polanco, Mexico City,  Mexico
Flyweight Ana Victoria, making her pro debut, from Mexico City, Mexico won by a four-round unanimous decision over Nayeli Verde, Mexico.

January 11, 2014 - Country Hall, Sart Tilman, Liege, Belgium
Flyweight Sanae Jah, 111.5, won a six-round unanimous decision over Sandy Coget, 108 3/4.  Final judges scores were 59-55, 60-56, 59-57.

January 10, 2014 -  Lad Sawai, Pathum Thani, Thailand
Strawweight Amara Kokiegym (Amara Naktaku) won a six rounder by points over Nampetch Kwanjaisrikod, pro debut.

January 10, 2014 - Centro Vecinal Barrio Don Bosco, Cordoba, Cordoba, Argentina
Flyweight Romina Elizabeth Alcantra, 108, of Cordoba, Argentina,  won an four round unanimous decision over Marta Soledad Juncos, 111¼.  Fional judges scores were 40-37.5 on all cards.

January 10,. 2014 - Club Pocho, Barrio El Zaizar, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Light welterweight Aline de Cassia Scaranello,  137¼, of Taquaritinga, Sao Paulo, Brazil, won by a second round TKO[0:37] over Yanina Vidoza, 142¼, of Buenos Aires, Argentina..

January 7, 2014 - Sportova hala MSO, Šturovo, Slovakia
Featherweight Csilla Nemedi won by a second round TKO over Marianna Gulyas; Lightweight Dalia Vasarhelyi won a six-round unanimous decision over Rita  Kenessey; Super bantamweight Anita Kosics lost a four-round unanimous decision over Claudia Ferenci; and Agnes Draxler won a four-round unanimous decision over Gabriella Vicze.

January 4, 2014 - Buenos Aires, Argentina
Daniela Bermudez, 114, TKO'd Linda Laura Lecca, 114 3/4, in the eighth round in a scheduled 10 round bout. The two were fighting for the WBO Junior Bantamweight belt.

January 3, 2014 - Chachoengsau, Thailand
