, now 11-0-0, of Brooklyn, New York, (1KO), won a ten-round unanimous decision over Lindsay Garbatt, now 7-6-1 (3KO). The two were fighting for the vacant WBC Silver Super Featherweight title. Final judges scores were 98-92, 98-92, and 97-93.

August 31, 2012 - Centro Recreacional Las Vegas, Barranquilla, Colombia
Dayana Cordero, 126, in a rematch won by a second round KO over Yoleima Blanco. The bout was scheduled for four rounds.

Lightweight Kimberly Conner won a 10-round unanimous decision over Nicole Woods.

Slight upset with debut boxer Guadalupe Lopez winning a four round flyweight unanimous decision over Ana Maria Garduno.

, 132½,  won a four-round majority decision over Nicki Bigwood, 131¼.   Final judges scores 39-37,  39-37, 38-38. Also, Daniella Smith won a six-round unanimous decision over Lisa Mauala.

Super flyweight Yolanda Beatriz Cardoso, 111,  had a four-round majority draw with Marta Soledad Juncos, 112½. Final judges scores 39-39,  38½-39, and 39-39.

Sindy Amador
remained undefeated when she won a six-round unanimous decision over "Last minute" opponent Carina Moreno.  Final judges scores 54-60, 54-59, 55-59.

August 25, 2012 - Bucheon Gymnasium, Bucheon, South Korea
Ji-Hyun Park, 102,  won an 10-round unanimous decision over Ana Arrazola, 102,  from Mexico.

For the WBA Interim super flyweight title, Daniela Romina Bermudez TKOed Olga Julio in the second round of their scheduled ten.

Super featherweight Sabrina Ostowari, 130¾ won by a six-round unanimous decision over Lamduan Superchamps [Lamduan Saikham], 133.  Also, Shannon O'Connell, 120, won by an eight -round unanimous decision over Jubjang Lookmakarmwan, 117¾.

won the WBC Asian super flyweight title (sic) by TKOing winless Saengrung Kwanjaisrikord in the third round of their scheduled ten round bout.

Super flyweight Doris Koehler had a four-round majority draw with Claudia Ferenci, of Slovakia. Final judges scores were 38-38, 38-38, 37-38.  *

Super bantamweight Ana Lozano won a first round TKO (in a scheduled six) over last minute replacement Omaira Alvarado.

Suri Tapia
won a unanimous four round minimumweight decision over Martha Reyna.

Debut boxer Ariel Beck won a unanimous four round lightweight decision over D.J. Morrison.

August 18, 2012 -La Cetto Vineyard, Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico

, 122,  won the bout by a third round TKO [1:42]  over Lisa Brown, 122.  The two were fighting for the WBA Super Bantamweight Title. This is Nava’s first title defense since winning the belt over Shantal Martinez.

, 121¼, defeated Betiana Patricia Vinas, 121¾, won by a ninth round Technical decision. The two were fighting for the WBC Silver super bantamweight title. The fight was scheduled for 10 rounds. *

In a light flyweight four rounder: Lili Barajas won by a KO over Carol Castro Madrid.

August 17, 2012 - Puerto Colombia, Colombia
In a featherweight four rounder: Olga Salas scored a fourth round KO over Orledys de Avila who was making her debut. Also on the card in a super bantam rour rounder: Calixta Silgado scored a first round KO over Janeth Altama who was making her debut.

, 118, pro debut, won by a second round KO over Juseth Arauz, 118,  in a four-round bout. *

August 16, 2012 - Mandaluyong Gym, Mandaluyong Sports Complex, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines
 In a six-rounder , strawweight Carleans Rivas, 111, had a six round split draw with Christine Latube, 110. In a second bout, junior flyweight Jessebelle Pagaduan  won in a first round TKO over  Lady Love Sampiton, pro debut.  The fight was scheduled for four rounds.

August 14, 2012 - Table Mountain Casino's Event Center, in Friant, California
On "The Final Victory" Card, Mia St. John, 146,  defeated by a 10 round unanimous decision over Christy Martin, 150.2,  for the vacant Super Welterweight WBC Title.

August 13, 2012 - VBK Gym, Vecsés, Hungary
Super bantamweight Marianna Gulyas won by a seventh round TKO over Eva Marcu. The bout was scheduled for eight rounds.

August 12, 2012 -  in Bangkok, Thailand
In a four round light flyweight bout, Ploynapa Sakrungueng won a points victory over deputing Yodying Sithsingnamchai.  In another bout, Sriphrae Nongkipahuyuth had a four round draw with Sarah O'Connell.  Interesting note on this fight on Boxrec:  Suspicious circumstances to conclusion of fight - Bell rang 1.39 into round 4 despite it being a scheduled 6 rounder. Went to cards and fight declared a draw.

Cindy "Checkmate" Serrano, 134½,  won an eight-round unanimous decision over Kerri Hill, 133. Female referee Sparkle Lee was the ref of this fight. The two were fighting for the vacant WIBA International lightweight title.*

Bantamweight Marisa Johanna Portillo won by a four-round unanimous decision over Natalia Vanesa Lopez.

Bettina Granasi
, 112¾, won a six-rounder by points over Melita Slavnic,114¼.  Final score 60-54. *

, 119, won a six-round unanimous decision over Gisella Cardoso, 124.5, of Buenos Aires, Argentina.  *

August 11, 2012 -  Coliseo Carlos 'Teo' Cruz, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
Katy Wilson Castillo
, 121½,  won the IBF Super bantamweight Title with a 10-round unanimous decision over Crystal Hoy, 120½.  Final judges scores were 98-92, 97-93, and 99-91.  Crystal Hoy said after the fight, "I lost but I gave it 200 percent. She was the toughest fighter I faced and I gave her all I had. Not bad for not fighting for a year and a half but the call came and I stood up to the test. Thank you all that support me and never give up on me. You have no idea what you mean to me. I have so much love for you. Now I am going to consider what is next for me. I took a lot of punishment and gave a lot out in a toe to toe war. The Dominican crowd gave me a lot of love. Thanks again for supporting my dream."  In another female bout on the card, Marylin Hernandez, 122¾,  won by a fourth round KO [1:08] over Grecia Nova, 122. *

Flyweights Rocio Cejas and Johana Alejandra Mora fought to a four round split decision draw. *

In a flyweight four rounder, Soledad del Valle Frias won a points victory over debuting Veronica Tesure. *

Junior flyweight Lisa Kokiegym (?unknown true name), pro debut won by a fourth round TKO over Ployfah Nakornsawan PK Plastic (?).   In another bout Usanakorn Thawilsuhannawang (Usanakorn Kokietgym) won by a second round KO in a six rounder over Ma Que Xiang of China.
