Female Puerto Rican professional boxer and law enforcement officer. She currently lives in Miami Dade and serving the Broward County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy. Her current boxing record is 8-1-0 (2KO).  She has won the NBA Super Welterweight Champion, and WBC Latin champion.

Carranza told WBAN, "I also own a boxing gym in Fort Lauderdale that makes five years in September. I’m extremely involved in the community on many levels. From book bag drives, toy drives, feeding our homeless population, and so much more. I’ve dedicated myself to training but also to my community."

"As a law enforcement officer, I want to break barriers and show that women can excel in traditionally male-dominated fields, just as I have in boxing.  Today, I continue to train, compete, and protect, " added Carranza.

Carranza said that when people ask her how she finds time to do so much, she tells that that she always gives God the glory.

"I want to be an example to everyone that with God all things are truly possible. Put in the work, be patient but be persistent. Consistency is key," said Carranza.

Carranza, 158, made her pro debut on February 26, 2022, where she won the fight by a four-round unanimous decision over Pasene Asuega, 163 3/4.

On June 11, 2022, at the Center Stage, in Atlanta, Yannick Azangue, 157 1/2, making her pro debut won a four-round unanimous decision over Carranza, 162.  All judges scored the fight at 36-40.   

On September 24, 2022, at the Manual Airtime Community Center Theater, in Miami, Florida, Carranza, 161 1/2,  won a four-round bout by unanimous decision over Sudana Moore, 164, making her pro debut.

On April 29, 2023, at the Miccosukee Indian Gaming Resort, in Miami, Florida, Carranza, 151 1/2, won a four-rounder with Katharina Lehner, 153 1/2, with judges scores were 39-37, 39-37, and 39-37.

On June 10, 2023, at the Miccosukee Indian Gaming Resort, in Miami, Florida, Carranza, 152, won a six-round unanimous decision over Simone Aparecida da Silva, 147.   Final scores were 60-53, 59-54, and 59-54.

On October 28, 2023, at the Miccosukee Indian Gaming Resort, Miami, Florida, Carranza, 152 1/4, won by a third round TKO over Katarina Vistica, 151 1/2.

On December 1, 2023, at the Miccosukee Indian Gaming Resort, Miami, Florida, Carranza, 152 3/4, won an eight-round unanimous decision over Yamila Reynosa, 151 1/2.  Final judges scores were 80-72, 80-72, and 80-71. 

On January 20, 2024, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, in  Hollywood, Florida, Carranza won by a second round TKO over Edina Kiss. The bout was scheduled for eight rounds.

On June 29, 2024 - at the Miccosukee Indian Gaming Resort, Miami, Florida, Carranza, 157 1/4, she won a six-round unanimous decision over Kaitlin LaVigne, 162 1/2.  Final judges scores were 60-54, 59-55, and 60-54.

WBAN has added Carranza to our "Women Cops Who Box" segment as she joins many female boxers who either currently work in law enforcement, and/or did work in law enforcement!
