Peruvian junior featherweight Linda Laura "Triple L"  Lecca was born on July 13 1988 in Trujillo, Peru. She began boxing at age 16 following a family tradition. "It's in my blood.  My father and grandfather practised the sport and in my house there was no passion for football ... at age 12 they gave me a boxing bag and a pair of gloves", she says.

Linda Laura Lecca made her professional boxing debut on 5 June 2010 at Estadio F.A.B. in Buenos Aires, Distrito Federal, Argentina.  She weighed in at 125 lbs and won a four-round split (39½-38, 38½-40, 39½-38½) decision over Roxana Baron (123¾ lbs) of Buenos Aires, who fell to 2-2 (1 KO) with the loss.

On August 14, 2010 at Club Deportivo Libertad in Sunchales, Santa Fe, Argentina, Linda Lecca (124½ lbs) won a four-round unanimous decision over Veronica Orecchia (124¾ lbs) of San Justo, Santa Fe, Argentina. Orrechia fell to 1-3-1 (0 KO's) and has not fought again.

On September 17 2010 at Ce.De.C Nº 1 in San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina Linda Lecca (125¼ lbs) won a  four-round unanimous (40-36,40-37,40-37½) decision over Natalia Vanesa "La Princesa" Lopez (126 lbs) of Tandil, Buenos Aires, Argentina, whose record moved to 1-1 (0 KO's) with this result.

On November 6 2010 at Estadio F.A.B. in Buenos Aires, Distrito Federal, Argentina, Linda Lecca and Marisa Gabriela Nunez of Tandil, Buenos Aires fought to a four round split draw.  Nunez's ecord moved to 1-0-1 with the result.

On January 29 2011 at Polideportivo Municipal in Monte Hermoso, Buenos Aires, Argentina, Linda Lecca (122¼ lbs) lost a four-round split (38½-39, 39-38½, 38-39½) decision to Marisa Gabriela Nunez (123½ lbs) in a rematch of their November fight.  Nunez moved her record to 3-1-1 with the win.

On March 26 2011 at Poliforum Mezoamericano in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, México, Linda Lecca defeated Karina Hernandez of Ciudad Neza, México over six rounds as part of the TV reality show "Todas Contra México". The result is not part of her official record.

On April 2 2011 at Poliforum Mezoamericano in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, México, Linda Lecca defeated Cynthia "Pantera Negra" Munoz of México City over six rounds as part of the TV reality show "Todas Contra México". The result is not part of her official record.

On April 9 2011 at Poliforum Mezoamericano in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, México, Yazmin Rivas of Torreon, Coahuila de Zaragoza, México defeated Linda Lecca over six rounds as part of the TV reality show "Todas Contra México". The result is not part of her official record.

On April 14 2012 at Estadio Ruca Che, Neuquen, Argentina, Linda Lecca returned to the ring after a year's absence and won a ten-round decision over Mayra Gomez of Rincon de los Sauces, Neuquen, Argentina who fell to 9-2 (2 KO's).

Linda Lecca recalls that she gave some thought to giving up boxing at this time, but she decided to return to her dream of winning a title belt with the flag of Peru.

On March 16 2013 Linda Lecca made her professional debut in her home country at Coliseo Miguel Grau in Callao, Peru with a four-round unanimous decision over Valeria Mejia of Peru who fell to 0-3.

On May 25 2013 at Coliseo Cerrado Mauro Mina in Chincha, Peru, Linda Lecca TKO'd Gleydis Jimenez of Colombia at 1:30 in the second round of a scheduled six-rounder. Jimenez fell to 0-2.

On July 13 2013 at Coliseo Miguel Grau in Callao, Peru, Linda Lecca TKO'd Lina Palmera of Colombia at the end of the third round of a scheduled six-rounder.  Palmera fell to 0-2-2.

On September 28 2013 at Mega Plaza Norte in Lima, Peru, Linda Lecca TKO'd Vanesa Medrano of Colombia in the third round of  a scheduled six-rounder.  Medrano fell to 1-8 with the loss.

On January 4, 2014 at Piso de los Deportes in Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina, Daniela Bermúdez (114 lbs) of Galvez, Santa Fe, Argentina scored an eighth-round TKO over Linda Lecca (114¾ lbs) for the vacant WBO Junior Bantamweight title. The fight took a different course than  some of Bermúdez's other outings because Lecca demonstrated an ability to counter Bermúdez's forward rushes with sharp, accurate counters as well as the ability to brawl with her at close quarters on more even terms than her previous opponents. Bermúdez was forced to box more carefully and be more wary of what was coming back her way despite her size advantage over her Peruvian opponent. Some of the toe to toe exchanges ended with Bermúdez backing up as Lecca did her share of dishing out punishment.  The fight took a bizarre turn at the end of the fifth round when the referee went to Leccas's corner and began pointing to the sequins on Lecca's top.  Several minutes elapsed and Lecca looked upset as it became clear that the referee was insisting that she remove the sequined top and replace it with something less likely to cause injury.  Lecca stated after the fight that she was humiliated by being required to disrobe and that cooling down during the long delay impaired her performance in the following rounds. Bermúdez had waited for the same time in a neutral corner while Lecca's top was changed but she seemed unaffected by the delay (and may have been rested by it). The sixth round ended with Lecca taking punishment against the ropes. Bermúdez poured on the pressure in the seventh with Lecca unable to slow her down with counter shots.  The seventh ended with Lecca eating leather against the ropes and throwing desperately to keep Bermúdez off of her.  A fired-up Bermúdez had Lecca reeling in the eighth when the Peruvian corner threw in a towel to end the fight. Bermúdez improved her record to 16-2-2 (5 KO's).

On March 8 2014 at Coliseo Dibos Dammert in Lima, Peru, Linda Lecca captured the vacant WBA Fedalatin junior featherweight title with an eight-round unanimous (79-73,  80-72½, 79½-74) decision over previously undefeated Maria "Mina" Vega of Quito, Ecuador who fell to 7-1 (4 KO's). This was Vega's first fight outside Ecuador.

Linda says that her greatest inspiration to carry on her professional  boxing career is Peruvian-born world champion Kina Malpartida.
