Results from Australia -Two Female Bouts
August 30, 2014

(AUG 30) Last night at the WA Italian Club, Perth,Australia, in a six-rounder Lauryn Eagle, 128¼, of New South Wales, Australia, won a six-round decision over Pantiwa Kaewmahosod, 125. Thailand.   In a second bout, Louisa Hawton, 101, of Perth, won a four-round unanimous decision over Payayong Sueksasongkro, 99¾, of Thailand.

(AUG 25) WBAN's next edition of "Where are they Now" features retired world champion Michele Aboro, who boxed from 1995 to 2001.  She retired from the sport with an undefeated record of 21-0-0 (12KO), winning the WIBF super bantamweight world title, successfully defending it three times. Update on the Hammer vs. Mathis Bout

(AUG 6) WBAN was notified that the WBO has gone with the ruling of the Germany Boxing Commission and they are now saying the fight on July 26th is a NO CONTEST--- but with that said, Hammer will continue to be their WBO Middleweight champion (she apparently already had that tite) at 160 lbs, and for that reason are unable to order a rematch.
