LONDON, UK —Yestday, on July 28, 2026, Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) officially launched its highly anticipated MVPW-06: UK vs. USA card  during a high-stakes press conference broadcast live on Sky Sports.  The elite, all-female main card will take place at the bp pulse LIVE arena in Birmingham on Saturday, August 29, 2026, matching top British boxing stars directly against their premier American rivals. 

Mayer and Cameron Promise "Female Fight of the Year" as Elite UK vs. USA Fight Card is Unveiled Live on Sky Sports

The event was headlined by an face-off between WBA and WBC champion Mikaela Mayer (USA) and WBO champion Chantelle Cameron (UK), who will be fighting in the main event in a 10-round super welterweight unified world championship bout.
 

The blockbuster card also features unified WBC and WBO lightweight champion Caroline Dubois defending her titles against America's Amelia Moore, alongside three-weight world champion Terri Harper starting her super lightweight redemption arc against Texas native Miranda Reyes.

Mikaela Mayer (WBA & WBC Super Welterweight Champion)

Mayer made it clear she is seeking a definitive victory on British soil following previous close split-decision losses in the UK.  When they were talking about it being UK vs. USA and Mayer was asked about her feelings of representing the USA, she commented that she is actually 40 % British so they were welcome to root for her. 

"Chantelle Cameron has always been a name I’ve hoped to add to my resume. We can both box because we come from amateur pedigree, but if you look at our pro fights we do tend to come forward and let our hands go.
