ONE Championship Fighter Duangdawnoi Looksaikongdin Now Running Muay Thai Retreats in Thailand
January 20, 2026

(JAN 20) Duangdawnoi Looksaikongdin is one of the top female Muay Thai fighters in the business. Already famous in Thailand as a former RWS champion, she recently started gaining more of an international following after her two wins in ONE Championship. Also known as Little Star, the highly adept fighter is from a family of well-known figures in the sport.

Duangdawnoi recently ran her first ever Muay Thai retreat in Krabi, with budding fighters joining for a week of training, bonding, and relaxation. After the success of that event, she now plans to host future retreats. She’s the perfect role model for female boxers and Muay Thai practitioners, and her upcoming retreats are likely to attract a lot of interest.

Who is Duangdawnoi?

Duangdawnoi is a huge name in the Muay Thai scene in Thailand, as her family runs the famous Looksaikongdin Gym in Bangkok. The gym has trained many of the biggest fighters in the Thai circuit over the years, and now has various names competing in ONE Championship. The best-known star linked with the gym is Rodtang Jitmuangnon, one of the greatest strikers and showmen in the business.

Little Star has over 100 fights under her belt, and recently made the step up to ONE Championship to compete on the world stage. She won her first fight in the competition by unanimous decision, and the second by knockout in Round 2.

Over the years, Duangdawnoi has built up a large following on social media, with more than 400,000 followers on Instagram. She used her influence to promote her Muay Thai retreat, and the first one in January 2026 was a hit. Now, she plans to run more retreats throughout the year.

What Can People Expect From Duangdawnoi’s Muay Thai Retreat?

One of the greatest appeals of Duangdawnoi’s retreat and why it attracted so much attention was its idyllic setting in Krabi, complete with stunning mountains in the background. For people who have never been to Thailand before, the only way they can imagine such settings is through entertainment, such as F9: The Fast Saga, which used some Krabi locations in the film. There are also online slots UK like Thai Flower Megaways, which reflect the peaceful and serene side to life in Thailand.

The retreat offers visitors a way to experience this firsthand, and the downtime between training sessions focuses on relaxation and recovery. The resort has a swimming pool, hot tubs, and ice baths, along with massages available for fighters’ sore muscles. On top of that, visitors get to load up on amazing Thai cuisine to energise their sessions.

In terms of training, anyone visiting the retreat will find sheer intensity and be pushed to their limits. The day starts with a morning run, followed by pad training and drills with Duangdawnoi and her team. There’s also an afternoon training session, with the chance to spar with Little Star herself.

Fighters who want to up their game and learn new things should always take advice from those at the top. Along with learning from one of the best female fighters in Thailand, anyone who visits Duangdawnoi’s retreat will get to experience some of the best scenery in Thailand.
