"Queens of the Ring" Dominates Zvornik: Cirkovic Triumphs in Historic All-Female Card

(DEC 28) -- History was made on December 27, 2025, as the Sportsko-Rekreativni Centar hosted "Balkan Boxing 6: Queens of the Ring," a groundbreaking professional boxing event comprised entirely of four female bouts. Promoted by Alexander Petkovic's Balkan Boxing, with the main event featuring Serbia's  female boxer, Sara Cirkovic.

In the Main event, Serbian Olympic hopeful Sara Cirkovic won a six-round unanimous decision over Panamanian fighter Sayde "La Bomba" Mosquera. The judges' scorecards were unanimously in favor of Cirkovic, all reading 60-54.

The undercard featured three additional bouts, highlighting a mix of professional debuts and competitive matchups:

In a six-round lightweight contest, Natalia Shadrina (representing Belgrade, Serbia) won a unanimous decision over Russia's Gulnara Karimzhanova. Shadrina controlled the action, earning the nod from all three judges.

Making a successful professional debut, Kristina Kulukhova secured a four-round unanimous decision victory against Yuliya Kutsenko. Kulukhova, a European champion in the amateur ranks, transitioned smoothly into the pro game.

In another professional debut, Anastasija Boskovic defeated Dajana Rakovic in a four-round super welterweight bout. Boskovic earned a clear unanimous decision, with judges scoring the fight 40-36, 40-36, and 40-35.

The event marked a significant moment for women's boxing in the Balkan region, providing a platform for local talent to shine and demonstrating the growing depth of the sport globally.

December 27, 2025 - Zvornik, Bosnia And Herzegovina -In one female bout, Sara Cirkovic, 117 3/4, won a six-round unanimous decision over Sayde Mosquera, 118, La Palma, Panama. The final judges scores are 54-60 on all cards. In a second female bout, Natalia Shadrina, 134 1/2, of Belgrade, Serbia, won a six round unanimous decision over Gulnara Karimzhanova, 133 1/2, of Russia; In a third female bout, Kristina Kulukhova, making her pro debut, won a four-rounder unanimous decision over Yuliya Kutsenko. In a fourth female bout, Anastasija Boskovic, 146 1/2, making her pro debut over Dajana Rakovic, 144 1/2. Final judges scores were 40-36, 40-36, and 40-35.
