Beautiful Brawlers 12: The Martha Salazar Invitational!

(SEPT 7)  On August 31, 2025, the Beautiful Brawlers 12 "The Martha Salazar Invitational" took place in Pacifica, California.

 Every bout was evenly matched, and many were remarkably close.

The USA team was composed of some of the top ranked Juniors and Youth in the nation. Athena Female Empowerment brought the best out of their squad.

A history-first Mini-WBAN belts were given to most outstanding boxers who competed in USA vs. England match ups and also to the fight of the night.

Best USA Boxer was awarded to Faith Gomez, Junior Female (52kg) who fought versus a tough Lexi Joyce. Faith won by 5/0 in a very spirited bout.  In the matchup, Lexi kept coming and Faith is also a very aggressive boxer. Faith engaged and had an answer to every punch.

Best England Boxer was awarded to Marshall Miller (70kg) who fought USA's #1 ranked High Performance Youth Teams Lauryn Elmore. These boxers showed, talent, grit and fought to a 4/1 split victory going to England’s Marshall Miller.  Elmore just returned from Germany where she won a bronze medal. Two of the top youth in the world brought their best.

Also, WBAN Mini-Belts were awarded to " Fight of the Night" which went to Oakland's Ava Quinones versus England’s undefeated Layla Khan.

In that bout, it was a tough battle and Ava Quinones pulled off a 5/0 victory in the most entertaining and non-stop battle of the night.

“Every USA vs. England bout was incredibly competitive, and bouts were perfectly matched. The amount of talent displayed at this Beautiful Brawlers Show would top all other shows. It was truly a great experience being the Beautiful Brawlers coordinator and promoter of this event.

In our only Bantam female bout Daleyza Aparicio wins 5/0 vs. Adele Martinez at the 32kg division.

This bout showed skill, talent and commitment. These 10-year-olds were the youngest on the card and did not disappoint.

We were so honored to have all these boxers on our card. 130 boxers registered for this fight card and we will follow up with a two day tournament early next year.
