Three Female Bouts Featured at Little Caesars Arena
July 25, 2025

(JULY 25) On Saturday night at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan, July 26th, there will be three female bouts broadcasted live on DAZN. The highlight of the evening features Claressa "T-Rex" Shields, undefeated at 16-0-0 (3 KOs). Shields is set to defend her IBF, WBC, WBF, and WBO heavyweight titles against New Zealand’s challenger, Lani Daniel, who comes into this bout with a record of 11-2-2 (1 KO).

In another interesting matchup, is Samantha Worthington, an undefeated fighter from Lexington, Kentucky, who will step into the ring against France’s Victoire Piteau. Worthington holds an undefeated record of 11-0-0 (7 KOs).  Piteau, on the other hand, enters this 10-round bout with a record of 14-2-0 (2 KOs).

Both women bring unique styles to the ring. Worthington’s aggressive fighting style and ability to finish fights early have made her a crowd favorite, while Piteau’s technical skill and strategic approach provide a compelling counter.

Rounding out the action is a female bout for the WBC Silver Featherweight championship, where Caroline Veyre, a promising fighter from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, faces off against Licia Boudersa from Nord, France. Veyre sports an impressive record of 9-1-0 (0 KOs).

Boudersa, with a record of 24-3-2 (4 KOs), brings extensive experience and a proven ability to go the distance in tough matches.
