Two Female Bouts Ignite the Oculus in New York
July 9, 2025

(JULY 9) Last night at the Oculus, in New York, there were two female bouts on the card.  The event showcased the grit and determination of four female boxers who left everything in the ring.

In the first female bout, Krystal Rosado-Ortiz, 117 1/4, of Carolina, Puerto Rico, has remained undefeated with now a 7-0-0 (2KO), after she won a four-round unanimous decision over Agustina Solange Vazquez, 114 1/2, of West Hills, California.  The final score was 40-36.

In a second female bout with none stop action, Elise Soto, 128 ¼, Carolina, Puerto Rico, won a four-round split decision over Colleen Davis, 128, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  The final judges scores were 37-39, 37-39, and 39-37.

There is a video with these two super active bouts, where they wrote, “The gloves were off and the fists were flying as Krystal Rosado brought the heat and took down Agustina Vazquez in a relentless battle. Not to be outdone, Elise Soto unleashed a storm of strikes to defeat Colleen Davis in a fight that had fans on their feet.”

“This isn’t just a highlight — it’s a warzone in the ring. With a combined 214 punches in just 2 minutes and 14 seconds, this is pure chaos, precision, and power.”

“ Two fights. Four warriors. One insane reel of fury.”

Last night, the iconic Oculus in New York was electrified by an exhilarating evening of female boxing.

### Krystal Rosado-Ortiz Shines in Her Undefeated Streak

In a post-fight interview, Rosado-Ortiz expressed her gratitude for the support from her hometown fans. “I trained hard for this fight, and I couldn’t have done it without my team and my supporters.”

A highlight reel capturing the essence of the bouts proclaimed, “The gloves were off and the fists were flying.” With a staggering combined 214 punches thrown in just 2 minutes and 14 seconds, the talent and heart displayed by all fighters were nothing short of extraordinary.
