Great Boxing Card This Weekend: Three Female Bouts Highlighting the Action!
January 16, 2025

(JAN 16) On January 18, 2025, KOhen Promotions and Dee Lee Promotions present Elite Fight Night at the renowned 2300 Arena. With a lineup that features some great matchups, this event is set to let boxing fans see 12 bouts on the card, with three featuring women's boxing.

The promoters behind this event are two iconic figures in the boxing world. Kali Reis, a Philadelphia native, is not only a six-time world boxing champion but also an Emmy-nominated actress currently starring in “True Detective: Night Country.” Her dual career is a testament to her multifaceted skills and commitment to growing the sport of boxing.

Diane Fischer complements Reis’s efforts as a three-time Hall of Fame inductee with extensive experience in the industry. With over 70 professional fight cards to her name, she is recognized as a pioneer in women's boxing, advocating for female athletes and creating opportunities for them to shine in the ring. Together, they’re shaping an evening that highlights the incredible prowess of female boxers and the sport as a whole.

Among the intriguing bouts scheduled, the three female fights have garnered particular attention:

 • LeAnna Cruz (9-0-0), the undefeated NABF super flyweight and current WBA Continental super flyweight titleholder, looks to continue her dominance in an 8 round feature bout.

 • “The Beast” Shera Mae Patricio (2-0-0, 2 KOs) from Hawaii representing the next wave of women’s boxing talent, takes on Ecuadorian veteran Josefina “Mina” Vega (9-10-0, 4 KOs) in a clash of styles.

Tiara Brown, 17-0-0 will be fighting Calista Silgado, 22-17-4, in a eight round bout, in the featherweight division.

Beyond the female bouts, the main event showcases a heavyweight showdown between Kristian Prenga and Juan Torres. With additional bouts like Daiyann Butt facing "Hammerin' Hank" Lundy and Greg "Sharpshooter" Outlaw taking on Jeter Burgos, fans can expect a night full of excitement.
