(AUG 15) On April 4-5,
2025, at the Orleans Hotel & Casino, in Las Vegas, Nevada, the
International Women's Boxing Hall of Fame, "Night of the Stars
2", a two-day Hall of Fame event will take place again in Vegas.
With our event now a two-day affair for the second year----we
have three (3) "Firsts" taking place with our event.

One of the "Firsts" will be that
in the same year we will be honoring boxing sisters, Jennifer
Han and Stephanie Han. The IWBHF has never had sisters
receiving awards in the same event. Retired World champion,
Jennifer Han, will be inducted into the 2025 Class of the IWBHF;
her sister, Stephanie Han is one of our final 12 "Women Cops Who
Box" to be receiving a Special Award for her service in Law
Enforcement and also being a rising star in the sport of women's
boxing.
In another "First", Kathy Williams, retired from Law
Enforcement, and one of our 2025 Inductees, will receive not
only an Induction award, but a "Women Cops Who Box" special
award. We have never given out two awards to one recipient
at our events.
Lastly, this will be the first
year we will be honoring twelve (12) “Women Cops Who Box” in our
pre-celebration day that takes place the first day of our event,
on April 4, 2024. Our “Women Cops Who Box” are the following:
Ann Marie Carrizales; Melinda Cooper; Terri Moss;
Tracy Byrd; Alex Love; Stephanie Han;
Kyana Williams; Nisa Rodriguez; Nora Daigle,
and Irma Garcia Tor.
This special event will highlight the remarkable achievements of
these women who have not only excelled in their respective
fields but have also made significant contributions to the sport
of boxing. It is a testament to their dedication, resilience,
and strength. We are proud to honor them and celebrate their
accomplishments at the IWBHF's "Night of the Stars 2" event.

our
2025 Lifetime Achievement Award
recipient is Daisy
Lang, of Bulgaria! Daisy was inducted into the IWBHF
in 2017; Brent Bovell, 2025 Beyond the Ropes Award;
Patricia Orr, Special Award; Margaret McGregor,
Special Award; Patricia Trejo, Special Award; Leapting
Lena, Special Award; and Chevelle Hallback, Special
Award.
The Induction ceremony/Dinner event will take place on Saturday,
April 5, 2025, in the Mardi-Gra Ballroom, where we will
celebrate our IWBHF Inductees, and some special award
recipients, and on our Pre-celebration that will take place on
Friday, April 4, 2025, we celebrate our special award recipients
that are the “Women Cops Who Box” and special awards for our
pioneer trailblazers.
Our IWBHF 2025 event will include legendary fighters who have
paved the way for future generations, to dedication of others
outside of the ring in their accomplishments in the sport, and
