(JAN 16) It is always amazing to see when women boxers are
honored with being awarded, statutes, celebrated and especially
when a Mural is done on some of the top women in the sport. We
have see the Serrano sisters, Cindy and Amanda having a
beautiful mural made on those female boxers, Fredia Gibbs and
Dierdre Gogarty, beautiful statutes, Claressa Shields having a
street named after her, and more with the female boxers.
In today’s news, we now have 39-year old Natasha Jonas having a
mural of her and celebrating the achievements of this elite
athletic, who is a two-weight world champion Natasha Jonas. The
mural was unveiled in Toxteth, Liverpool.
The mural was painted by British Street Art Collective MurWalls.
Jonas said, It’s an honor to be recognized with this mural. The
streets of Toxteth made me.”
On January 20, 2024, Natasha Jonas will be fighting Mikaela
Mayer in Liverpool. Jonas is excited to be aboe to defend her
title against Mayer in her home town. Going into the fight
Jonas’ professional boxing record is 14-2-1 (9KO), and Mayer is
