(OCT 18)  This week WBAN has received a nice update on amateur boxer Sarah Ivy Dickerson where she recently fought and won the  "Most Outstanding Boxer at the Las Vegas Masters Invitational Tournament" in September.

In her amateur bout against Simona Sarpa, the bout was a very technical match, with Ivy dominating her each round.  Ivy was to fighting Sarpa again in Los Angeles, California on October 16th, 2021, but Sarpa had her pro debut instead.

At 36, Ivy keeps improving and working to get better. She intends to fight in the Beautiful Brawler's tournament in November and the Nationals. She is coached by Jill Morley and Wayne McCullough.

WBAN will continue to update boxing fans on Ivy's progress in the sport!  A big congratulations is in order, for her being named the "Most Outstanding Boxer at the Las Vegas Masters Invitational Tournament"!
