Salita Promotions to Livestream Another Night of Russian National Championship on YouTube

(OCT 30) Today at 12:30 pm EST (9:30 am PT), Salita Promotions returns with another night of live streamed professional boxing on their popular YOUTUBE CHANNEL, free of charge and live from the Soviet Wings Sport Palace in Moscow, Russia.

The exciting six-fight card, presented by Shamo Boxing, will feature a 10-round main-event battle for the WBA Asia South Middleweight Championship between 2017 Russian National Amateur Champion Shamil Khataev (4-0, 1 KO) from Urus-Martan, Russia, and Moscow via Alaverdi, Armenia’s Grachya Margaryan (7-1-1, 5 KOs).

“I’m excited to provide a free, easily accessible platform for fight fans in the US and around the world,” said promoter Dmitriy Salita. “Boxing fans will experience international fight-night atmosphere and see upcoming world-class talent that most have not seen before. On October 30, tune in on your phone, iPad or computer and check out some great fights.”

Returning to call the action will be Canada’s Corey Erdman, a commentary veteran for ESPN, NBC, CBS, SpikeTV, BoxNation, DAZN and SNY, as well as UFC Fight Pass' recurring series Broadway Boxing. Erdman is also a lead columnist for Boxing Scene, and a regular combat sports contributor to VICE.

“I'm thrilled to be able to help bring high-quality international boxing to audiences around the world,” said Erdman. “Salita Promotions is providing a tremendous resource for the hardcore boxing fans out there and is making a lot of great Russian fighters accessible to an audience that might not have otherwise seen them. The last Shamo Boxing show we broadcast on the Salita Promotions page produced one of the Upsets of the Year, and I can't wait to call what comes next.”

In chief supporting action will be Saint Petersburg, Russia-based southpaw Evgeny Terentiev (15-3, 7 KOs) taking on active Russian veteran Varazdat Chernikov (11-16, 5 KOs) in a middleweight eight-rounder.

In a six-round super middleweight bout, Moscow’s Oleg “Hard” Misiura (5-0, 4 KOs) will test himself against fellow Russian Timur Pashaliev (1-1-2, 1 KO). Saint Petersburg’s Mikhail Ostroumov (1-0, 1 KO) will throw down with Angarsk, Russia via Pruzhany, Belarus’ Vasily Shtyk (1-1, 1 KO).

Also scheduled is an eight-round women’s lightweight battle between “Kazakhstan’s Sexiest Athlete,” once-beaten Firuza Sharipova (photo/Facebook) (11-1, 6 KOs) and Serbian veteran Sara Marjanovic (7-7, 3 KOs) of Belgrade.

To open the action, Moscow’s Artem Ivanov (3-1-1, 1 KO) will face Kyzyl, Russia’s Artysh Lopsan (2-1-1, 1 KO) over eight tough rounds.
