Serrano, and now our holder of two WBAN world title belts in two
different weight classes, among holding countless world titles,
was honored by being named Grand Marshal.
Serrano told WBAN, "First I want
to thank you and the WBAN for allowing me to once again fight
for your title. Means the world to me.
Today two days after the fight I’m in New Jersey with the Honors
of being the Grand Marshal at the Newark New Jersey Puerto Rican
Parade. Life is great and I love my fans so I dedicate all
of this to them. If you can do kindly put that on WBAN. I
dedicate this amazing weekend to each and everyone of my fans.

In the stated letter they wrote:

Puerto Rican Day Parade, Inc., of Newark, New Jersey, during the
organizations 58th Annual Gala Dinner Dance in honor of National
Hispanic Heritage Month. The event will be held on September 13,
2019. "
