(FEB 6) WBAN received a write up by  Raylene and Stephen Blea, the WBC & NABF Cares Ambassadors who covered the 4th Annual Jose Sulaiman Amateur Boxing Show.  Blea gave an overview of this fantastic event that took place recently.  He wrote the following to WBC President Mauricio, NABF President Craig & WBC Board, Jill Diamond and the Reyes Family---and it gives the boxing community a summary of what happened at the 4th Annual Jose Sulaiman Amateur Boxing Show.  He wrote the following:

The Don Jose Sulaiman Amateur Boxing Show was a success in helping out these two Boxing Clubs Longmont & Hit-squad, over 10K was raised for both these gyms to help buy equipment, and expenses for boxers travel for future events. Raylene & I were Honored to represent our Organizations for this Beautiful Event, we were also Blessed to have N.A.B.F Jr. Champion Juaquin Camarena, there signing autographs for seven hours of his time donated while visiting with all the young boxers.

We had a total of 35 bouts, 5 of these bouts were females, the bouts lasted over seven and half hours, a total of seven states showed up.
Raul Ro Utajara and his family and his whole group were awesome.
The Beautiful and Touching Part of the event was paying Respect to Don Alberto Reyes with a Ten count, whom as you all know, along the Beautiful Reyes family has been a part of our WBC Cares since day one. The Smiles of these Boxers with there WBC Medals.

"It's not how much we give but how much Love we Put into giving" Boxers have Hearts & Soul and Love giving back to our Communities and our Children in need."

Raylene and I are Blessed to be a part of Our WBC & N.A.B.F Cares Programs.

This event today was very Special in that we paid Tribute to Two Amazing Men, Don Jose Sulaiman and Don Alberto Reyes, whom both had such Amazing Hearts and Humanitarian qualities, and believed in keeping these kids involved in quality Activities and off the Streets in a Positive environment.

Raylene and Thank-You Longmont Boxing and all the volunteers of your organization, and Hit Squad Boxing Teams for letting us and our WBC & N.A.B.F Cares to be a part of this Awesome Boxing Show, that shows the Community of your Commitment of giving these kids a positive outlet and directions in life to keep away from all the wrong doings on those streets.

We had 70 Amazing Boxers, that showed that Heart & Desire, that through Boxing there is a Positive Desire to Work Hard and set Goals of Achieving Positive Results, the discipline of boxing creates a positive setting for any other future goals they might have in life.
