(NOV 2) Last night at the
Hilton Hotel, in Washington D.C., in a six-round bout, in what
was considered an action-packed bout featuring Jessica "The
Cobra" Camara, 138.6, of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, improved her
record to 5-1-0 (0KO), when she fought a close majority decision
with Jenna Johlin Thompson, 141.4, of Toledo, Ohio. The
bout was in the Junior Welterweight division.
The two wasted
little time, beginning in the first round, when both threw a
barrage of combinations, and pleasing the boxing fans with the
onslaught of action.
Final judges scores were 57-57, 54-60, and 58-60. The
