Heather Hardy Wins by Decision over Shelly Vincent

(OCT 29) On Saturday night
at the Madison Square Garden Threater, in New York, New York, in
a long-awaited rematch between Heather "The Heat" Hardy,
of Brooklyn, New York, vs.
Shelly "Shelito's Way" Vincent, of Providence, Rhode
Island in an action-packed contest in a
scheduled ten round bout, vying for the vacant WBO Featherweight
world title.
In what was described by many as an entertaining bout between these
two, Hardy won the bout by a unanimous decision. Final judges
scores were 97-93, 97-93, and 99-91. Check out the highlights of

This was Hardy's first world title that she has won in the
sport. Hardy improved her record to 22-0 (4KO), and Vincent is
now 23-2-0 (1KO).
