(NOV 8)  Atlanta, GA- Helen Joseph (15-3-1) pounded her way to a TKO victory over Elizabeth Anderson (5-9) to become the new WBF Intercontinental Bantamweight champion on Saturday November 4th, on the Under Ground Showdown 2 at Buckhead Fight Club.

“Helen made it known at the weigh-in that this was going to be her title, and she totally dominated Elizabeth Anderson in this match,” said promoter Terri Moss. “It was exciting to promote a women’s title fight for the Underground Showdown, and I think after this performance, Helen is definitely a tough challenge to the contenders in the bantam or super bantam division.”

Helen was in control of the fight from the time the bell sounded. Elizabeth was no match for her aggression, strength or accuracy, and her corner stopped the fight at the end of the second round.
