(NOV 1) WBAN was notified
yesterday that Katie Taylor, who just fought on October 28th,
at the Principality Stadium, in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom,
winning a unanimous decision over Anahi Sanchez for the WBA
Lightweight title, will return to the ring on December 15, 2017
in England, to defend her newly won title.
Katie has fought five times this
year fighting twice in March, once in April, July, and October.
She is currently undefeated with a pristine record of 7-0-0
(4KO).
Katie was quoted with the
BBC.com
as saying that “It's going to be a great end to the year, I
hope. I'm really excited - it's been absolutely phenomenal
boxing in the UK these last 11 months. "
