New Zealand Fight Fans In for a Royal Treat on April 16th

(APR 7)  On April 16, 2016, Auckland City  is set for Royal Rumble.   New Zealand fights fans are in for a royal treat as of this week, as the "who’s who" of female boxing are arrive in Auckland for next weekends Royal Rampage. For the first time in history New Zealand will host four major female world titles on one night.

Running straight into the deep end promoter, - Lisa Lewis debuts against superstar Mia St John (48-14-2 ) in what began as an exhibition bout - turned real deal, this promises to all out slug fest or early night for either individual.

In the main event promising amateur and now seasoned professional from Brooklyn New York Ronica Jeffrey (14-1) will face Wellington’s own Gutiane Lupi (4-1-1), former kickboxing champion now boxing sensation for the vacant silver WBC female featherweight title.

Co-main event features former kickboxing champion from South Auckland’s own SMAC Gym Baybee Nansen (2-1-0) squares off against Haitian born “Lil Tyson” Mellissa St Vil for the vacant WBC Silver female super featherweight title. Baybee hails from a pugnacious family and with home crowd in full force the belt may not be heading back to America. Florida based Noemi Bosques (10-5-2 ) will face New Zealand’s ETK Native Michelle “Pressure” Preston ( 7-7-1) for the vacant Universal Boxing Federation (UBF) International female featherweight title.

From Wellington MTI’s own Rebecca “Triple D” Jennings (4-0-0) squares off against New York brawler Nydia Feliciano for the vacant WBC World Female Middleweight title over Rhode Island knock out artist Kali “KO” Reis (8-5-1) will fight Las Vegas based Marcelo Cornejo in an eight round match.

The man who beat Joseph Parker, Junior Fa (2-0-0) will look to remain unbeaten when squaring off against Brisbane based slugger Jayson Aloese (1-0-1) Hard hitting Fa looks to will not want lose his O with Parker in his scope in the not so distant future. Samoan born and now Australian based Heavyweight Herman Ene Purcell ( 7-5-0 ) squares off against Invercargill’s own Tom Heads ( 2-3-0) in what many believe might not go the distance.

The Samoan Sniper Kirsty Lupeamanu looks to scope out The Tongan Goddess Nailini Helu both bringing an island heritage this is a battle for pride and island bragging for both debutants in what will be a 4 round war with the Royal Rampage Super Middleweight Title Belt on the line.. Can the kiwi team bring it home?

Will Lisa Lewis make her home crowd proud with a Rhonda Rousey and Holly Holm shock or be another Promoter that was "knocked out" by the "knockout ?
