(SEPT 8)  WBAN received a latest update on amateur boxing champion Anna Crutchfield.  Anna has recently completed a four week intensive training camp in Kissimmee, Florida,  at "Heart Of A Warrior" boxing gym, under the watchful eye of Coach Doel Montes.

Anna has cut fifteen pounds of weight, while gaining a lot of strength and speed. Anna is now at the "Pathway To Glory" Olympic Qualifier in Baltimore, MD. Anna will be competing in the 132 pound weight division for a spot on the 2016 United States Olympic Boxing Squad.

Anna's proved in her first test last night, when she squared off against aggressive brawler, Chasity Martin, out of Florida.

Billy Stanick of White Rock Boxing, who sponsors Anna, was happy to report to WBAN that she won her fight against Martin!

Stanick said, "Congrats to Anna Crutchfield for making it to the Olympic trials held in Baltimore. Anna is from Travelers Rest South Carolina. Anna has won the National Jr Olympics - The World Ring Side Tournament - The National Golden Gloves and The World KickBoxing Championship. Anna made weight at 131,8 lbs.Stanick Roofing is proud to be a sponsor of Anna Crutchfield. We wish her good luck."
