What IS on the Horizon for 2015 for Amanda "The Real Deal" Serrano?
by Sue TL Fox
December 9, 2014

(DEC 9)  The highly popular professional female boxer Amanda "The Real Deal" Serrano, 22-1-1 (17 KO), of Brooklyn, New York, and three-time Division World Champion, currently the 135 lb. WBO lightweight champion has said the following for 2015!

Serrano is planning to drop down to 122 lb., in search of a fourth world titles as in many other weights she has fought as a professional.

Serrano would love to fight Jackie Nava of Mexico

Serrano said, "I would love a big fight with Jackie Nava.  I don't care if it's in Mexico. My record indicates I DON'T only fight at home.
There are a few other fights at 122 that I'm interested in for personal reasons." (lol)

This would definitely be one hot item of a fight if we were to see a Serrano vs. Nava title fight, and assuming this would happen in Mexico if the fight could be made and Serrano drops the weight to be a super bantamweight.

After that,  Serrano plans to will go up to 140 lbs, and try for a world title in the junior welterweight division.

Jordan Maldonado, manager and trainer of Serrano said, "She has enough experience now and the punching power to do so. It's time for Amanda to separate herself from the rest of the pack.  God willing it will all go as planned.  Stay tuned!"
