(SEPT 23) On September 20, 2014
at Azalea Taisho Hall, in Osaka, Japan, there were two WBO
female title bouts on the card. WBO Atomweight champion
Nao Ikeyama (JPN) won a unanimous decision over Masae Akitaya
(JPN). Akitaya went to the canvas in the 2nd round.
Kumiko "Seeser" Ikehara (JPN) won over Gretchen Abaniel (PH) by
split decision. Ikehara became new WBO Mini-flyweight champion.
