statement on yesterday's Hall of Fame inductions:
"The IFBA would like to congratulate all of the great fighters
that were part of the inaugural class inducted into the Women’s
Boxing Hall of Fame today.
Every woman selected was more than deserving of the honor. A
special nod goes to inductee Bonnie Canino, who was the IFBA
Featherweight World Champion from 1997-1998.
