(MAR 9) On Friday night, March
7th, at the Korakuen
Hall, Tokyo, Japan,
Tenkai Tsunami, 118, of Tokyo, Japan, won a seventh round TKO
over Honey Katsumata, 117¾, from the Philippines, but resides in
Tokyo, in a scheduled eight round bout.
The two were fighting
for the vacant OPBF bantamweight title. The title had been made
vacant after the previous title holder, Riyo Togo's retirement
from the sport.
