Two Female Fights Featured on Card in Hungary

(FEB 16) On Saturday night the boxing gala held in Lurdy Shopping House, Budapest, Hungary two female bouts being staged. The former amateur World- and European championship medalist Csilla Némedi-Varga 112 1/4,  (2-0-0 1KO) is now the second professional super-flyweight bout won the unanimous decision against the former multiple world championship challenger Gabriella Insperger 110, (4-13-0 3KO). Insperger knocked down twice in the bout and judges scoring 40-34, 40-33, 40-33.


The main event of the evening, Gina Chamie 132 3/4. (8-0-0 4KO) stopped her opponent Alexandra Görög 129 3/4 (5-13-0 1KO) in the fourth round for the WBC World Youth Lightweight Championship. With this victory, Gina Chamie remains unbeaten and retains her WBC Youth Lightweight World Title.
